FAQ

What people ask us most.

See all questions
Are you attorneys?

No. We are immigration document preparers. We cannot give you legal advice or represent you before the court or USCIS. We prepare and organize your documents so that you can file them yourself. If your case needs an attorney, we tell you so and put you in touch with one licensed in the United States.

What does it mean for a case to be “pro se”?

It means the person represents themself, without an attorney. You sign and file the documents, and you are responsible for the case. We make sure they arrive complete, organized and on time.

How do I get started?

Message us on WhatsApp at +1 (754) 306-8700. Tell us your situation, we will tell you which documents are needed and, if you decide to go ahead, we start preparing them.

Can you promise the outcome of my case?

No, and no honest preparer can. The decision always belongs to the immigration judge or USCIS. What we do is make sure your documents are complete, organized and filed on time.

I moved to another state. What happens with my court?

You must report your new address to the court, and you can ask for your case to move to the court that now covers you with a motion to change venue. We prepare that motion with its cover page, the certificate of service and the addresses of the court and DHS counsel.

Does the initial consultation cost anything?

No. The first conversation and the review of your case are free, with no obligation.
