ALIA360 is the system TU ALIADO EN INMIGRACION LLC uses to run its work: client files, payments, shipments and documents. This page explains what data it keeps, what for, who it is shared with and what you can ask for.
What we keep
- Contact: name, phone, email, city and country of origin.
- Your case: A-number, type of process, hearing dates, case status and what the court publishes about it.
- Money: recorded payments, items, receipts and proofs of payment you hand in.
- Shipments: USPS tracking numbers and the status of each package.
- Documents: those the system generates and those you upload.
- Usage: which pages are visited, from what type of device and from what country. No name: only an identifier that is deleted when you close the browser.
What for
Only to provide the service you hired: preparing your documents, keeping track of your payments, following your shipments and letting you know what happens with your case. We sell data to no one, and we don’t use it for third-party advertising.
Who sees it
- The office team, and each person only what belongs to their workspace.
- You, your own data, from your portal.
- The technical providers we need to provide the service —hosting the information, sending emails and tracking shipments—, each with only what is essential for its task and without permission to use it for any other purpose.
- The authorities, only if a law requires us to.
Where it is and how long it is kept
On servers in the United States. It is kept while you are a client and afterwards for as long as the law requires for business records. Usage data is deleted after two years.
How we protect it
- Everything travels encrypted (HTTPS) and is stored encrypted on the server’s disk.
- The database separates each workspace’s data by row: even if someone got hold of the public key, they would not see anyone’s data.
- We don’t store passwords and can’t see them: they are stored encrypted, with no way back.
- The files you upload are in private storage, not reachable through a URL.
What you can ask for
- To see what we have about you.
- To correct anything that is wrong.
- To delete it, except what the law requires us to keep.
- To stop receiving emails, with the link at the bottom of each one.
Requests are made through WhatsApp and answered within a reasonable time.
Minors
The system is not meant to be used directly by a minor. When a case includes minors, their data is provided and managed by the responsible adult.
If this changes
If we change anything substantial, we will notify by email everyone who has one registered. The date above says when it was last reviewed.
